LTR Series Large-scale Traverse Robots Series
LTR Series is ideally suited for catching products from 350 to 4000 ton horizontal injection molding machine, which is also used to catch runner from three pieces mould with assistant arm. Its driving modes are frequency motor driving and servo motor driving. Telescopic arm type is available and pneumatic driving. Telescopic arm type is available and pneumatic driving is adopt on both vertical and crosswise axis. Its stroke and position could be manually adjusted (standard type) or electrically adjusted (option type). Provide the standard equipments.
Features

● High rigid and linear slide rails, with has advantages of low noise, stableness, wear resistance and a long service life, are utilized in all three axis of traverse axis, crosswise axis and vertical axis;
● Telescopic arm uses light and high rigid imported aluminum alloy structure beam, which cooperates the high rigid and linear slide rail. The special design of belt accelerating mechanism realizes the fast and stable running of robot and satisfies the different height of different factories;
● The special design of pressure measurement will automatically alarm when the pressure is low, which ensures the safety of arm and mold;
● The spare pneumatic tubes and detection signals satisfy to catch different products. The part design adopts standard and modular design. Make us of the "sucking, holding, clamping" to stably and perfectly catch the products;
● The intelligent and palmtop and dialogue control system has friendly human-machine interface, stable performance and easily operation;
● All the malfunctions are automatically detected all the time and displayed on the interface and automatically recorded.
● The types of catching products and changing products depend on the requirements. This action can be realized from different direction.
● Middle-Plate Inspection, Spry Device, Air Nipper and Safety Placing detecting are available to operated with automatic application of the factory.
● Provide the standard joints and assistant devices such as conveyor belt and working table.
● Provide CE type, which accords to EUROMAP and SPI with standard joints.
