MV 2020 Mooney Viscometer is used for measuring viscosity and relaxtion of base rubber, raw rubber stock or rubber mass prevulcanization properties, it is also used for measuring viscosity in Mooney value for compounded or uncompounded unvulcanized natural, synthetic or regenerated rubber.

This instrument has excellent performances including automatic calibration,higher stability. It can perform the following tests: viscosity,scorch and stress relaxtion. And it also give out three property data: Mp,tp,tw .

Features
● Easy to use the instrument;

● Temperature can be increased up to 185℃ within 7.5min,and recovery time when beginning, and recovery time when beginning test will be less 2min.And temperature fluctuation will be within ±0.1℃.
